DefaultCachePath tries to resolve the user cache directory. DefaultCachePath may return an empty string when none was found, in that case it will print a warning to the user.

ValidateOrUpdateEngine validates the engine we have cached matches the flutter version, or otherwise downloads a new engine. The engine cache location is set by the the user.
