This is the Stats service, it is invoked by Frontend service to pull out the data about the final league table and the league/team players.

Service functions:
ListTable -- retrieve the league table data from database
ListTeamPlayers -- retrieve all the players of a team from the database
ListPositionPlayers -- retrieve all the league players playing the same position from the database
