Telegram chatbot.
Based on https://github.com/tucnak/telebot.
Ported from https://github.com/NexonSU/telegram-python-chatbot.

Quick Start

Create your bot at https://t.me/BotFather.
Start telegram-go-chatbot only once.
Edit config.json:

1. Set Telegram Bot Api token in Telegram -> token.
2. Set your Telegram group username in Telegram -> chat.
