Overview

Command agent is the NodePulse DaemonSet entrypoint. It runs RDMA/EFA, MTU, GPU-NIC Affinity, and UCCL GPU node compatibility checks on a configurable interval, exposes results as Prometheus metrics on :9100/metrics, and serves a JSON status snapshot on :9100/api/status.
