Package credfile keeps files in one private directory held open as a root: the custody the credential store's file needs, and the one package of this module that names the atomic-file dependency.

Package gen renders the per-product parts of roles.go and SUPPORT.md from the expectation table in internal/spec.

Package spec is forgeapi's expectation table: what each operation does on each product, held once, each entry stating what a forge was measured or documented to do.

Package surface renders a module's exported Go surface as text, so a golden file can pin it and a test can fail on any drift.
