NewController initializes the controller and is called by the generated code Registers event handlers to enqueue events

Reconciler is the controller implementation for the CloudPubSubSource source.

Reconcile compares the actual state with the desired, and attempts to converge the two. It then updates the Status block of the CloudPubSubSource resource with the current status of the resource.
