FromNumber is the phone number that text messages come from.

RecipientList is the list of phone numbers that twilio sends messages to.

var TwilioAuthToken = ""

TwilioAuthToken is the auth token for twilio account integration.

var TwilioSID = ""

TwilioSID is the twilio account SID.
