Package carrier is the record's transport: one transaction that is never mined, whose output 0 holds the record as PushDrop [S] under the identity's record derivation, and whose txid is the commitment the mined token carries.

Package mint builds the two mined transactions of the design, the state token and the funding tree, through a wallet.Interface, with a fee input and a change output supplied by the caller.

Package record is the committed record: the state document a carrier transaction carries.

Package token is the mined state token: PushDrop [tag, C] under the identity's profile derivation, one per transition, each spending the last.
