Re-uncoop

This tool fixes "UncooperativeClose job fails" issue: https://github.com/Privatix/privatix/issues/197

How to use

  1. Open the Privatix Application
  2. Run re-uncoop -config <dappctrl.config.json path>
  3. Close the Privatix Application
