Documentation

Overview

Package servicedirectory provides access to the Service Directory API.

For product documentation, see: https://cloud.google.com/service-directory

Creating a client

Usage example:

import "google.golang.org/api/servicedirectory/v1"
...
ctx := context.Background()
servicedirectoryService, err := servicedirectory.NewService(ctx)

In this example, Google Application Default Credentials are used for authentication.

For information on how to create and obtain Application Default Credentials, see https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/application-default-credentials.

Other authentication options

To use an API key for authentication (note: some APIs do not support API keys), use option.WithAPIKey:

servicedirectoryService, err := servicedirectory.NewService(ctx, option.WithAPIKey("AIza..."))

To use an OAuth token (e.g., a user token obtained via a three-legged OAuth flow), use option.WithTokenSource:

config := &oauth2.Config{...}
// ...
token, err := config.Exchange(ctx, ...)
servicedirectoryService, err := servicedirectory.NewService(ctx, option.WithTokenSource(config.TokenSource(ctx, token)))

See https://godoc.org/google.golang.org/api/option/ for details on options.

    Types

    type APIService

    type APIService struct {
    	BasePath string // API endpoint base URL
    	UserAgent string // optional additional User-Agent fragment

    	Projects *ProjectsService
    	// contains filtered or unexported fields
    }

    func New

    func New(client *http.Client) (*APIService, error)

      New creates a new APIService. It uses the provided http.Client for requests.

      Deprecated: please use NewService instead. To provide a custom HTTP client, use option.WithHTTPClient. If you are using google.golang.org/api/googleapis/transport.APIKey, use option.WithAPIKey with NewService instead.

      func NewService

      func NewService(ctx context.Context, opts ...option.ClientOption) (*APIService, error)

        NewService creates a new APIService.

        type Binding

        type Binding struct {
        	// Condition: The condition that is associated with this binding. If the
        	// condition evaluates to `true`, then this binding applies to the
        	// current request. If the condition evaluates to `false`, then this
        	// binding does not apply to the current request. However, a different
        	// role binding might grant the same role to one or more of the members
        	// in this binding. To learn which resources support conditions in their
        	// IAM policies, see the [IAM
        	// documentation](https://cloud.google.com/iam/help/conditions/resource-p

        	Condition *Expr `json:"condition,omitempty"`

        	// Members: Specifies the identities requesting access for a Cloud
        	// Platform resource. `members` can have the following values: *
        	// `allUsers`: A special identifier that represents anyone who is on the
        	// internet; with or without a Google account. *
        	// `allAuthenticatedUsers`: A special identifier that represents anyone
        	// who is authenticated with a Google account or a service account. *
        	// `user:{emailid}`: An email address that represents a specific Google
        	// account. For example, `alice@example.com` . *
        	// `serviceAccount:{emailid}`: An email address that represents a
        	// service account. For example,

        	// email address that represents a Google group. For example,
        	// `admins@example.com`. * `deleted:user:{emailid}?uid={uniqueid}`: An
        	// email address (plus unique identifier) representing a user that has
        	// been recently deleted. For example,
        	// `alice@example.com?uid=123456789012345678901`. If the user is
        	// recovered, this value reverts to `user:{emailid}` and the recovered
        	// user retains the role in the binding. *
        	// `deleted:serviceAccount:{emailid}?uid={uniqueid}`: An email address
        	// (plus unique identifier) representing a service account that has been

        	// `my-other-app@appspot.gserviceaccount.com?uid=123456789012345678901`.
        	// If the service account is undeleted, this value reverts to
        	// `serviceAccount:{emailid}` and the undeleted service account retains
        	// the role in the binding. * `deleted:group:{emailid}?uid={uniqueid}`:
        	// An email address (plus unique identifier) representing a Google group
        	// that has been recently deleted. For example,
        	// `admins@example.com?uid=123456789012345678901`. If the group is
        	// recovered, this value reverts to `group:{emailid}` and the recovered
        	// group retains the role in the binding. * `domain:{domain}`: The G
        	// Suite domain (primary) that represents all the users of that domain.
        	// For example, `google.com` or `example.com`.
        	Members []string `json:"members,omitempty"`

        	// Role: Role that is assigned to `members`. For example,
        	// `roles/viewer`, `roles/editor`, or `roles/owner`.
        	Role string `json:"role,omitempty"`

        	// ForceSendFields is a list of field names (e.g. "Condition") to
        	// unconditionally include in API requests. By default, fields with
        	// empty values are omitted from API requests. However, any non-pointer,
        	// non-interface field appearing in ForceSendFields will be sent to the
        	// server regardless of whether the field is empty or not. This may be

        	ForceSendFields []string `json:"-"`

        	// NullFields is a list of field names (e.g. "Condition") to include in
        	// API requests with the JSON null value. By default, fields with empty
        	// values are omitted from API requests. However, any field with an
        	// empty value appearing in NullFields will be sent to the server as
        	// null. It is an error if a field in this list has a non-empty value.
        	// This may be used to include null fields in Patch requests.
        	NullFields []string `json:"-"`
        }

          Binding: Associates `members` with a `role`.

          func (*Binding) MarshalJSON

          func (s *Binding) MarshalJSON() ([]byte, error)

          type Empty

          type Empty struct {
          	// ServerResponse contains the HTTP response code and headers from the
          	// server.
          	googleapi.ServerResponse `json:"-"`
          }

            Empty: A generic empty message that you can re-use to avoid defining duplicated empty messages in your APIs. A typical example is to use it as the request or the response type of an API method. For instance: service Foo { rpc Bar(google.protobuf.Empty) returns (google.protobuf.Empty); } The JSON representation for `Empty` is empty JSON object `{}`.

            type Endpoint

            type Endpoint struct {
            	// Address: Optional. An IPv4 or IPv6 address. Service Directory will
            	// reject bad addresses like: "8.8.8" "8.8.8.8:53" "test:bad:address"

            	Address string `json:"address,omitempty"`

            	// Annotations: Optional. Annotations for the endpoint. This data can be
            	// consumed by service clients. Restrictions: - The entire annotations
            	// dictionary may contain up to 512 characters, spread accoss all
            	// key-value pairs. Annotations that goes beyond any these limits will
            	// be rejected. - Valid annotation keys have two segments: an optional
            	// prefix and name, separated by a slash (/). The name segment is
            	// required and must be 63 characters or less, beginning and ending with
            	// an alphanumeric character ([a-z0-9A-Z]) with dashes (-), underscores
            	// (_), dots (.), and alphanumerics between. The prefix is optional. If
            	// specified, the prefix must be a DNS subdomain: a series of DNS labels
            	// separated by dots (.), not longer than 253 characters in total,
            	// followed by a slash (/). Annotations that fails to meet these
            	// requirements will be rejected. - The '(*.)google.com/' and
            	// '(*.)googleapis.com/' prefixes are reserved for system annotations
            	// managed by Service Directory. If the user tries to write to these
            	// keyspaces, those entries will be silently ignored by the system.
            	// Note: This field is equivalent to the 'metadata' field in the v1beta1
            	// API. They have the same syntax and read/write to the same location in

            	// 'projects/*/locations/*/namespaces/*/services/*/endpoints/*'.
            	Name string `json:"name,omitempty"`

            	// Port: Optional. Service Directory will reject values outside of [0,

                Expr: Represents a textual expression in the Common Expression Language (CEL) syntax. CEL is a C-like expression language. The syntax and semantics of CEL are documented at https://github.com/google/cel-spec. Example (Comparison): title: "Summary size limit" description: "Determines if a summary is less than 100 chars" expression: "document.summary.size() < 100" Example (Equality): title: "Requestor is owner" description: "Determines if requestor is the document owner" expression: "document.owner == request.auth.claims.email" Example (Logic): title: "Public documents" description: "Determine whether the document should be publicly visible" expression: "document.type != 'private' && document.type != 'internal'" Example (Data Manipulation): title: "Notification string" description: "Create a notification string with a timestamp." expression: "'New message received at ' + string(document.create_time)" The exact variables and functions that may be referenced within an expression are determined by the service that evaluates it. See the service documentation for additional information.

                                  Policy: An Identity and Access Management (IAM) policy, which specifies access controls for Google Cloud resources. A `Policy` is a collection of `bindings`. A `binding` binds one or more `members` to a single `role`. Members can be user accounts, service accounts, Google groups, and domains (such as G Suite). A `role` is a named list of permissions; each `role` can be an IAM predefined role or a user-created custom role. For some types of Google Cloud resources, a `binding` can also specify a `condition`, which is a logical expression that allows access to a resource only if the expression evaluates to `true`. A condition can add constraints based on attributes of the request, the resource, or both. To learn which resources support conditions in their IAM policies, see the [IAM documentation](https://cloud.google.com/iam/help/conditions/resource-p olicies). **JSON example:** { "bindings": [ { "role": "roles/resourcemanager.organizationAdmin", "members": [ "user:mike@example.com", "group:admins@example.com", "domain:google.com", "serviceAccount:my-project-id@appspot.gserviceaccount.com" ] }, { "role": "roles/resourcemanager.organizationViewer", "members": [ "user:eve@example.com" ], "condition": { "title": "expirable access", "description": "Does not grant access after Sep 2020", "expression": "request.time < timestamp('2020-10-01T00:00:00.000Z')", } } ], "etag": "BwWWja0YfJA=", "version": 3 } **YAML example:** bindings: - members: - user:mike@example.com - group:admins@example.com - domain:google.com - serviceAccount:my-project-id@appspot.gserviceaccount.com role: roles/resourcemanager.organizationAdmin - members: - user:eve@example.com role: roles/resourcemanager.organizationViewer condition: title: expirable access description: Does not grant access after Sep 2020 expression: request.time < timestamp('2020-10-01T00:00:00.000Z') - etag: BwWWja0YfJA= - version: 3 For a description of IAM and its features, see the [IAM documentation](https://cloud.google.com/iam/docs/).

General filter string syntax: () can be "name", or "labels." for map field. can be "<, >, <=, >=, !=, =, :". Of which ":" means HAS, and is roughly the same as "=". must be the same data type as field. can be "AND, OR, NOT". Examples of valid filters: * "labels.owner" returns Namespaces that have a label with the key "owner" this is the same as "labels:owner". * "labels.protocol=gRPC" returns Namespaces that have key/value "protocol=gRPC". * "name>projects/my-project/locations/us-east/namespaces/namespace-c" returns Namespaces that have name that is alphabetically later than the string, so "namespace-e" will be returned but "namespace-a" will not be. * "labels.owner!=sd AND labels.foo=bar" returns Namespaces that have "owner" in label key but value is not "sd" AND have key/value foo=bar. * "doesnotexist.foo=bar" returns an empty list. Note that Namespace doesn't have a field called "doesnotexist". Since the filter does not match any Namespaces, it returns no results.

                                                                                                          func (*ProjectsLocationsNamespacesListCall) Header

General filter string syntax: () can be "name", "address", "port" or "metadata." for map field. can be "<, >, <=, >=, !=, =, :". Of which ":" means HAS, and is roughly the same as "=". must be the same data type as field. can be "AND, OR, NOT". Examples of valid filters: * "metadata.owner" returns Endpoints that have a label with the key "owner" this is the same as "metadata:owner". * "metadata.protocol=gRPC" returns Endpoints that have key/value "protocol=gRPC". * "address=192.108.1.105" returns Endpoints that have this address. * "port>8080" returns Endpoints that have port number larger than 8080. * "name>projects/my-project/locations/us-east/namespaces/my-namespace/se rvices/my-service/endpoints/endpoint-c" returns Endpoints that have name that is alphabetically later than the string, so "endpoint-e" will be returned but "endpoint-a" will not be. * "metadata.owner!=sd AND metadata.foo=bar" returns Endpoints that have "owner" in label key but value is not "sd" AND have key/value foo=bar. * "doesnotexist.foo=bar" returns an empty list. Note that Endpoint doesn't have a field called "doesnotexist". Since the filter does not match any Endpoints, it returns no results.

This is useful for getting updates only after the object has changed since the last request. Use googleapi.IsNotModified to check whether the response error from Do is the result of In-None-Match.

General filter string syntax: () can be "name", or "metadata." for map field. can be "<, >, <=, >=, !=, =, :". Of which ":" means HAS, and is roughly the same as "=". must be the same data type as field. can be "AND, OR, NOT". Examples of valid filters: * "metadata.owner" returns Services that have a label with the key "owner" this is the same as "metadata:owner". * "metadata.protocol=gRPC" returns Services that have key/value "protocol=gRPC". * "name>projects/my-project/locations/us-east/namespaces/my-namespace/se rvices/service-c" returns Services that have name that is alphabetically later than the string, so "service-e" will be returned but "service-a" will not be. * "metadata.owner!=sd AND metadata.foo=bar" returns Services that have "owner" in label key but value is not "sd" AND have key/value foo=bar. * "doesnotexist.foo=bar" returns an empty list. Note that Service doesn't have a field called "doesnotexist". Since the filter does not match any Services, it returns no results.

This is useful for getting updates only after the object has changed since the last request. Use googleapi.IsNotModified to check whether the response error from Do is the result of In-None-Match.

Use googleapi.IsNotModified to check whether the returned error was because http.StatusNotModified was returned.

Response headers are in either *TestIamPermissionsResponse.ServerResponse.Header or (if a response was returned at all) in error.(*googleapi.Error).Header. Use googleapi.IsNotModified to check whether the returned error was because http.StatusNotModified was returned.
