Wallpapers Bot

What this bot does:

• Sends a random wallpaper / set of unique random wallpapers to user
• Reads walls automatically from specified folder
• Leverages Telegram file sharing using file IDs
• Maintains JSON of uploaded file and their associated IDs
• Implements concurrency to make request serving faster
• Admins can get all photos and bypass 10 walls per request limit
• Admins can refresh Photos while bot is running
