Overview

This is the driver for our blog-compiler, which will generate a static-blog from a series of text-files.

We use the `ephemeris` package to find the text-files beneath a given root-directory, and then interate over them in various ways to build up:

* The blog-entries themselves

* The tag-cloud

* An archive.

* The index & RSS feed.

The way that the system is setup the most recent post will allow comments to be submitted upon it - all others will be read-only.
