deploy-agent

Cooperate with jenkin to update software and execute restart procedure

version plan

• v1 Support specific file uploads and specific commands for a single project(Has been completed)
• v2 Support specific file uploads and specific commands for multiple projects(Has been completed)
• v3 on the basis of v2, it also supports websocket command execution(developing)
