Overview

Command tocdemo demonstrates Goldratt's five focusing steps using a toc pipeline with configurable variability.

Three scenarios show why identifying the constraint is necessary but not sufficient — you must also protect it from starvation with a protective buffer (the EXPLOIT step).

Run:
