func GenerateTorrentHandler

func GenerateTorrentHandler(w http.ResponseWriter, r *http.Request)

GenerateTorrentHandler takes a user ID and a torrent ID and returns a personalized torrent descriptor.

Optionally a magnet link can be requested, if not set a torrent file will be returned.
