Driver wraps UCloud Action Trail (UACT) lookups. Action name and shape are pattern-inferred from UCloud's JSON-RPC convention; verify against the upstream SDK before relying on this in production.

DumpEvents returns recent action-log entries. `args` may be a `<startUnix>:<endUnix>` time window, "all", or empty.
