EncodeASTC encodes RGBA8 pixels to ASTC format using the astcenc binary. blockSize: "4x4", "6x6", "8x8", "10x10", "12x12" quality: "fastest", "fast", "medium", "thorough", "exhaustive" The astcenc binary is found via PATH or auto-downloaded.
