Command hi264-mp4-extend extends a fragmented MP4 (CMAF) media segment with empty frames — either all P_Skip frames (a freeze on the source's last picture), or a black IDR followed by P_Skip copies.

Command hi264gen generates H.264 bitstreams or raw images from grid patterns.

Command rawpsnr compares two raw YUV420 files and reports PSNR metrics.
