Пакет реализует entity-per-file model store в workspace:

• upsert/remove entity и edge;
• alias/canonical ID resolution;
• deterministic collision policy (.repo-<repo-slug>);
• semantic guardrails (например, owner linkage).

Model layer является deterministic baseline surface и защищён golden/scenario тестами.
