Overview

Program rohrer is a manually constructed neural network which represents the example created by Brandon Rohrer in his excellent introduction to Deep Neural Networks found here: https://youtu.be/ILsA4nyG7I0?t=1371

Of course, this is an extremely contrived neural network used only for educational purposes, but the theory behind it should hold true for jnet as well, which it does.

Each of the possible outcomes have input scenarios defined at the end of the main function. Simply uncomment one and comment out the previous one to test the different scenarios.
