Overview

Package cli is the thin command surface of the dec binary: it parses argv, scans the pantheon tree once, resolves codes, and renders principles. All storage and the bullet format live in the importable decreta core; this package only wires that core to a terminal (suite standard §2, §7).

Run executes one dec invocation and returns the process exit code. Output is split: results to stdout, diagnostics to stderr.
