OpenAPI generator

This contains test code that's been moved to shaffuru/backend/go-app/codegen.go

Todo:

  1. Don't use filesystem, but rather store in GCP
  2. Add swagger 2.0 to 3.0 converter
  3. Fix body / data parsing
