HTTP server whith java script

it uses 'github.com/robertkrimen/otto' for java intergation

it seek js file whith url name forexample: http://127.0.0.1/test will be seek the ./test.js for http://127.0.0.1/ will be seek ./main.js

all files whith extensions will be loaded from ./www/
