1. tictacgo play
	flags:
		--congrat=[true|false]	
2. tictacgo play <playerx> <playero> (WIP)
	flags:
		--names=name1,name2	
3. tictacgo play --charx <x> --charo <o> (WIP)
4. tictacgo result <data.db> | <logfile.log> -- (x|o) has won | n moves are yet to be made (WIP)

config file:
 board seperator
 prompt design
 log | no log
 default chars
