Package protostruct supports operations on the protocol buffer Struct message. This file is copied from github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-go/internal/protostruct/protostruct.go Since this is from an internal package, we maintain the original implementation as-is.

DecodeToMap converts a pb.Struct to a map from strings to Go types. DecodeToMap panics if s is invalid. Note: This function is copied from Google's internal package and maintains original panic behavior.
