Overview

Command taskbarprobe is a live-verify harness for desktop.ProgressWindow (#517 taskbar progress). It shows a window and drives its taskbar progress indicator so the green fill (Windows), or a documented no-op elsewhere, can be observed. Windows is the flagship platform.

taskbarprobe                 hold 70% for a while (screenshot-friendly)
taskbarprobe -value 0.4      hold a specific fraction
taskbarprobe -indeterminate  show the marquee/busy animation
taskbarprobe -value -1       clear the indicator
