LoRaBee terminal

This is a simple terminal interface to write commands to and read responses from the LoRaBee (RN2483: http://shop.sodaq.com/en/lorabee-rn2483.html). It was tested in combination with the UARTSBee (http://shop.sodaq.com/en/uartsbee.html).
