Overview

Command validator is the entrypoint for the NodePulse pre-flight validator. It runs RDMA/EFA, MTU, GPU-NIC Affinity, and UCCL GPU node compatibility checks concurrently, then gates the result by exiting non-zero on any failure to block training job launch.
