Create dispatcherController and adds it to the Manager. The Manager will set the dispacherController when the Manager is Started.

func AddManager(mgr manager.Manager) error

AddManager creates a new Meetup Controller and adds it to the Manager. The Manager will set fields on the Controller and Start it when the Manager is Started.
