ACMI module for Go

This module contains types and tools for working with Air Combat Maneuvering Information (ACMI) flight recording data produced and consumed by Tacview. It does not contain a functional exporter or parser for ACMI data, but it can be used to create custom parsers and exporters meeting specific use cases.
