restest - define RESTful workflows

Contains a collection of helper functions written in Go related to protobuf messages, RESTful services.

How to Use?

1. protos - fill up all proto files here.
2. workflows - create different workflows here.
3. Run buf generate to generate go code for given proto files.
4. Trigger workflow by calling go run ***.go
