g-ssh-cmd

A simple wrapper to ssh -i key.pem ec2-user@host -t command for AWS AutoScaling Groups. It uses your environment's aws command, as well as your SSH setup behind the scenes. This tool has been created for tailing logs from AutoScaling Group VMs in AWS without going through CloudWatch.

To install using Homebrew:

$ brew install flowerinthenight/tap/g-ssh-cmd

Basic usage looks something like:

$ g-ssh-cmd my-autoscaling-group 'journalctl -f' --id-file ~/.ssh/key.pem
