CMD 分为开发环境和正式环境

1. 需要有项目路径 (ProjectPath)

2. 需要有模版路径 (TemplatePath)

3. new 命令肯定是在项目外面执行的（用来生成项目）

4. generate 命令肯定是在项目根目录执行的
