Package statement is used to execute the statements for the command line interface. A return value is always used so that it can be output or further processed.

Compare is to compare the versions & return the result.

Core is to get the version number, split it to core block and return them.

func Prefix

func Prefix(version, prefix string) string

Prefix is to get the version, check if the prefix exists & return the version without the prefix.
