DeltaCmd returns cmd for generate delta of two files

Execute adds all child commands to the root command and sets flags appropriately. This is called by main.main(). It only needs to happen once to the rootCmd.

GenSigCmd returns cmd for generating signature for given file.

func RunERHA

func RunERHA(originalFile, newFile string, chunkSize int64) error

RunERHA will process the signatures of given original file and compare the new file with original file signature
