Overview

Example metrics shows wiring a Config.Metrics sink: the Runtime calls OnCompile/OnBuild/OnReuse/OnEvict/OnDrop at lifecycle points. The default is a no-op (zero overhead), so this is purely opt-in — pair it with your metrics system (Prometheus, statsd, …).
