Abo GPC/KPC Statement Reader and Order Writer

Abo is an old file format created long time ago and used by Czech banks.

• Reads ABO GPC Statement
• Writes ABO KPC Payment Order

Tested with Fio Banka IB but it should work with any CZ bank.

GNU/GPL except currency.go which is MIT.
