NewCommand returns the public `stackkit user` command tree.

func NewCommandWithFilesProvisioner(provisioner FilesProvisioner) *cobra.Command

NewCommandWithFilesProvisioner returns the public user tree with the native Files account hook supplied by the root command package.

FilesAccount is the secret-free result of app-local Cloudreve household provisioning. Selected is false when the current Plan has no Files workload.
