画像が入ったフォルダを pixelstocsv.exe にドラッグ＆ドロップすると、out.csv というファイルを生成します。画像の各ピクセルを、赤,緑,青, 赤,緑,青, 赤,緑,青,... と並べてCSVファイルに変換します。

$ pixelstocsv (inputdir) (outcsvfile) [options]
