Test Program.

This Program uses PostgreSQL DataBase in Go Language.

To use it, run with -ct -dt Parameters.

First, Parameter -dt deletes Tables if they exist. Then, Parameter -ct creates Tables if they do not exist. Note that this Program does not use any Optimizations or any Caching.
