Overview ¶
Command bbox sends and reads bbox envelopes: a message box whose server is the set of overlay hosts that carry an office. It creates an identity home and offices, seals envelopes to a recipient's key (a payment may ride inside, encrypted), publishes them on the plane or to each host, lists and reads a box from one or several hosts checking every answer itself, acknowledges with receipts, retracts with sweeps, takes a received payment into its wallet, pays a host's 402 for a priced question, and settles the payments a host accepted as its payee.
Exit codes: 0 done or verified; 1 refused (the evidence contradicts what was asked, or a payment was refused); 2 usage, configuration, local or transport error; 3 incomplete (hosts disagree, or a host held nothing where evidence was needed, which proves nothing either way). docs/usage.md is the reference.
