Kalman Filter Implementation

This project implements Kalman Filter and Extended Kalman Filter. The implementation assumes no control input. The implementation also assumes that the state transition functions F and f, the observation functions h and H, the process noise covariance Q, and the observation noise covariance R are constant across time.
