MiTo Team Checklists Manager

About

Simple self-hosted checklists manager. Only you own your data (which are stored in simple SQLite database).

Features:

• Create checklists template with tasks to do (For example "New version release" with tasks like "build binaries", "build installer", "prepare blog post with changelog", "upload binaries to Downloads" and so on). You can create checklists from this template many times.
• Tasks in checklist can be assigned to different users. Task in checklist can depend on each other (example: building installer required binaries to be built first).
• Create checklist for template and execute it. It shows tasks to do for current user in white, tasks assigned to other users in yellow and tasks blocked by other tasks in red. After all tasks are done checklist is considered to be finished.
• Local authentication by password and LDAP authentication supported.

How to try

• Download latest version for your platform and unpack it (single executable file).
• Run mt-checklist init to create default settings file.
• Open .settings.yml and adjust options if you need.
• Run mt-checklist run. It will print address to open browser in console. Program will create database file data.db in same folder.

You can use mt-checklist install under Linux to install it as a daemon.

Upgrade

• Download new version.
• Stop program or daemon.
• Replace executable with newer version.
• Start it again (it will perform all upgrades automatically).
