DecodeID decodes an obfuscated string back into the original numeric ID using a Feistel cipher with the provided key.

EncodeID encodes a numeric ID into an obfuscated string using a Feistel cipher with the provided key.

WasID returns true if the provided code is a valid obfuscated ID (6 or 7 characters from the alphabet).
