Package config loads and saves the open-banking.io credentials bundle the CLI uses to authenticate (API key) and decrypt (encryption private key).

Package ui holds the CLI's presentation primitives: terminal detection, color theming, loading spinners, interactive selectors, and multi-format (table/json/csv) rendering.
