func Add(mgr manager.Manager, kubeClient kubernetes.Interface) error

Add creates a new csr Controller and adds it to the Manager. The Manager will set fields on the Controller and Start it when the Manager is Started.

ReconcileCSR reconciles a ClusterManagementAddOn object

Reconcile reads that state of the ManagedCluster and ManagedClusterAddOn object and approve the csr if it is created to request a client certificate for an addon.
