xo/dburl wrapper for encrypted connection to MySQL using TLS protocol.

Support sslCa, sslCert, sslKey query params.

mysql://username:password@hostname:port/dbmane?sslCa=path/to/ca.pem&sslCert=path/to/cert.pem&sslKey=path/to/key.pem
