$ twtoken -ck _CONSUMER_KEY_ -cs _CONSUMER_SECRET_

or

$ CONSUMER_KEY=_CONSUMER_KEY_ CONSUMER_SECRET=_CONSUMER_SECRET_ twtoken

Web Browser automatically open(If doesn't open, copy and paste URL.) Click "Authorise app". Access token is shown on your terminal.
