It reads a number of bytes from a file from an offset. Number of bytes, file, and offset have to be given as argument, use the -help command if in doubt. The source file is compiled on a Lenovo B50-10 with a 250GB, 5400 RPM HDD (rotational) (Seagate or Western Digital) using Go version 1.10.1 for Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 AMD 64 bit (Intel Celeron N2840).
