func VerifyCode(contractName, solcVersion string, solcCode, eth string) (rv bool)

VerifyCode returns true if the compiled code in 'cmp' is a match with the code pulled back from Ethereum in 'eth'. The solcVersion is the version of the compiler used to build the code. You must use the same compiler flags too. The cmp bytecode comes from 'runtimeBytecode' in the JSON compiled binary.
